The Annual Evaluation Cycle of the SD Teacher Effectiveness Project provides many opportunities for feedback. Administrators often struggle with knowing everything about the teachers’ work they evaluate. Post-observation and summary conferences are difficult. Feedback becomes praise or a list of strategies the teacher probably won’t do. In this one-day training, administrators will learn five different types of feedback and practice the responding skills that best cause their teachers to think on their own. This full-day, f2f workshop will relieve the pressure of having to always be the expert.
