The four-day, f2f workshop provides administrators (evaluators) the opportunity to develop higher levels of efficacy, consciousness, craftsmanship, flexibility and interdependence. As a result, they will have the skills to facilitate conversations with their teachers who believe they are not able to resolve their own problems. Administrators will be efficient in navigating among the planning, reflecting and problem resolving conversations recognizing their teachers’ needs. As a result, the district will develop autonomy and sense of community.
