The four-day, face-to-face workshop equips administrators (evaluators) with the skills, tools and maps to facilitate the type of conversations that cause teachers to think deeply about their teaching. Administrators will engage in intensive practice of the planning and reflecting conversations so they are able to effectively facilitate goal setting and summative conferences. The art of facilitating the pre- and post-observation conferences will be an effective support for administrators as they implement the Annual Teacher Evaluation Cycle.
