BLT (Building Leadership Teams) – Teams from individual school buildings meet to build the capacity of a core leadership team to guide professional development processes in their schools. This incorporates research-based principles of effective professional development and utilizes extensive school data sources. TIE has successfully designed and facilitated this process in dozens of schools.
Organizational Development – TIE staff have worked with school districts and other non-profit organizations to study the effectiveness of their organizational structure. This process looks at the strengths and weaknesses of the current structure and offers suggestions for improvement.
Data Retreats & Data Analysis – TIE staff have experience leading data retreats for schools as well as providing data tools that can help save time and provide a focus for better planning and problem solving within building or district committees. This school improvement process provides accountability for increased student achievement.
